Cocktail Party Meatballs - New Recipe
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
small onion, finely chopped
1/4 - 1/3 cup ketchup
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and shape into small meatballs. Brown in skillet over medium heat and lay in 13 x 9 cake pan. Combine 16 oz. jar apricot preserves and 1 bottle regular barbeque sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. I like to serve mine in a crock pot but an aluminum warming tray works well too.
