HI, new to cooking cache and I need help. Where can I find no sodium canning recipies and/or can I just not add it when called. I read people adding or taking out items in recipies for canning and I thought that was a no no. 6/23/2010 7:19:55 AM
Hi. I'm trying to make Sloppy Joes with ground sirloin in a non-stick frying pan. The problem is that the ground sirloin sticks together so much that I end up with clumps of hamburger instead of anything that can reasonably be "stirred" according to the recipe. So far, about the only way I've found to do it is to freeze the ground sirloin, put it in the hot frying pan and scrape off the browned hamburger from the frozen lump until it's all gone. Is there an easier way to make the ground sirloin break up into tiny pieces? All I'm making so far is "Sloppy Clumps".5/14/2010 12:38:59 PM
